Orders

How do I place an order?Orders may be placed directly through the HVAC Saver website by selecting the product you wish to purchase and completing the checkout process.

Where do you ship?HVAC Saver ships to addresses in the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or PO Boxes.

Do you charge for shipping?No. HVAC Saver provides free shipping on all orders delivered within our shipping area. No separate shipping charge is added at checkout.

Can I cancel my order?Yes. Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order is canceled within that time and has not already been processed for shipment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

What if I want to cancel after 24 hours?If your order has already been processed or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation and may instead be subject to the Return & Refund Policy, including return shipping costs and the applicable restocking fee.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?HVAC Saver accepts eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery.

What condition must returned items be in?Returned items must be:

  • unused
  • uninstalled
  • in good condition
  • returned with all original manufacturer packaging, manuals, accessories, and included parts

Is there a restocking fee?Yes. Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Who pays return shipping?Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on approved returns, unless HVAC Saver shipped the wrong item.

How long does it take to receive a refund?If a return is approved, HVAC Saver will issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned shipment. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

What should I do if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify HVAC Saver within 24 hours of delivery so the issue can be reviewed and a replacement may be provided if eligible.

What happens if I report the issue on time?If the issue is timely reported and confirmed, HVAC Saver will replace the damaged, defective, or incorrect item at no additional cost to the customer.

What if I report it after 24 hours?Requests submitted after 24 hours may not qualify for replacement. Nothing in this FAQ limits any rights that may apply under applicable law.

How do I request a return?To request a return, contact HVAC Saver by email or phone and provide your name, order number, contact information, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Do I need approval before sending a return?Yes. Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning any item.
