HVAC Source Incorporated, doing business as HVAC Saver, provides free curbside shipping on all eligible orders delivered within the contiguous United States. No separate shipping charge is added at checkout.
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.
Orders are processed after payment has been authorized. Processing and transit times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, manufacturer lead times, carrier schedules, weather conditions, and delivery location.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days, depending on the destination and shipping carrier. Order cutoff time is 12:00pm PST.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Additional shipping or delivery information may be displayed on the applicable product page or during checkout.
All eligible orders include free curbside delivery.
The delivery driver will unload the shipment at the curb. Customers are responsible for moving the order beyond the delivery location.
A signature is required upon delivery.
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, notify HVAC Saver within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution. If the damage is confirmed and reported within the required timeframe, the affected item will be replaced at no additional cost. Requests submitted after the 24 hour reporting period may not qualify for a replacement.
Many HVAC products are shipped by LTL or freight carrier. Freight deliveries are generally made to the curb unless a different delivery service is specifically stated before purchase.
Customers should inspect all freight shipments upon delivery and note any visible damage with the carrier before signing for the shipment. If a shipment arrives damaged, please contact Sales@hvacsaver.com as soon as possible.
Please do not refuse delivery without first contacting HVAC Saver unless instructed to do so by our customer support team.
Customers are responsible for confirming that the shipping address, contact information, and product selection are correct before completing checkout.
HVAC Saver is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
