HVAC Source Incorporated, doing business as HVAC Saver, provides this Warranty Policy to explain warranty-related information for products purchased through our website.

This policy is intended to provide general information about warranty coverage and does not replace or modify any manufacturer warranty terms. Warranty coverage is subject to the applicable manufacturer’s warranty documentation, requirements, limitations, and exclusions.

Manufacturer Warranty Coverage

A 10-year limited parts warranty is included with all systems offered by HVAC Saver, provided that the eligible purchased system is registered within 60 days of installation.

Warranty coverage is subject to the manufacturer’s applicable warranty terms and conditions.

Warranty Requirements

To qualify for the 10-year limited parts warranty:

• the system must be registered within 60 days of installation
• installation must be performed by a certified HVAC technician
• installation must comply with all applicable county, city, state, and federal laws, regulations, codes, and requirements

Failure to meet these requirements may reduce, limit, or void warranty coverage.

Scope of Warranty

The 10-year limited parts warranty applies only to eligible parts covered under the applicable manufacturer’s warranty program.

This limited parts warranty does not mean that all costs associated with service, labor, shipping, diagnostics, removal, reinstallation, maintenance, or other related expenses are covered.

Unless expressly stated in the manufacturer’s warranty documentation, the warranty does not cover:

• labor costs
• shipping or freight charges
• diagnostic charges
• installation or reinstallation costs
• routine maintenance
• misuse, neglect, accident, abuse, or improper operation
• improper installation
• failure to follow manufacturer instructions
• damage caused by external conditions or events outside normal covered use

Registration Responsibility

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the system is properly registered within the required 60-day period following installation, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

Customers should retain all relevant documents, including:

• proof of purchase
• installation records
• technician or contractor information
• registration confirmation
• any model and serial number information

Warranty Claims

If you believe your product may qualify for warranty service or warranty parts coverage, please contact HVAC Saver for assistance.

Please include:

• full name
• order number
• product name and model number
• serial number, if available
• description of the issue
• installation date
• installer information
• any available photos or supporting documentation

HVAC Saver may assist customers with warranty-related questions, but final warranty coverage, claim approval, and warranty remedies remain subject to the manufacturer’s review and applicable warranty terms.

No Additional Warranty

Except as expressly stated by the manufacturer or otherwise required by law, HVAC Saver does not provide any separate or additional warranty beyond the applicable manufacturer warranty.

Any implied warranties, if applicable, are limited to the extent permitted by law.
