Warranty information is governed by HVAC Saver’s Warranty Policy and any applicable manufacturer warranty terms.
A 10-year limited parts warranty is available on all systems if the system is registered within 60 days of installation, installation is performed by a certified HVAC technician, and all applicable legal and code requirements are met.
HVAC Saver does not independently guarantee manufacturer warranty approval and is not responsible for manufacturer decisions regarding warranty eligibility or claim outcomes.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased products are installed, used, and maintained properly and in compliance with all applicable manufacturer instructions, building codes, permit requirements, and local, state, and federal laws.
Improper installation, improper use, or failure to comply with applicable requirements may affect product performance, safety, return eligibility, or warranty coverage.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HVAC Saver shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the website, the purchase or use of products, delayed delivery, product unavailability, or any other matter related to the website or its products.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HVAC Saver’s total liability for any claim relating to a product or order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
The website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind except as expressly stated or required by law.
