HVAC Saver accepts return requests within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for approved returns, unless HVAC Saver shipped the wrong item.
Customers must use a traceable shipping method and are responsible for the returned item until it is received by HVAC Saver.

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
This restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Once the returned shipment is received, inspected, and approved, HVAC Saver will issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned shipment.
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account after it has been issued.
If HVAC Saver ships the wrong item, HVAC Saver must be notified promptly. Once confirmed, HVAC Saver will replace the incorrect item at no additional cost to the customer.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify HVAC Saver within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and provide a replacement if eligible. Requests submitted after 24 hours may not qualify for replacement. Nothing in this policy limits any rights that may apply under applicable law.

If the issue is confirmed and timely reported, HVAC Saver will replace the item at no additional cost to the customer.
Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order.
If an order is canceled within 24 hours of being placed, the customer will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
