Please review the information below before requesting to cancel an order.
Customers may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of placing the order.
If a cancellation request is received within this timeframe and the order has not yet been processed for shipment, the order will be canceled and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours are not guaranteed and will be reviewed based on the current status of the order.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will instead be subject to HVAC Saver's applicable Return & Refund Policy, including:
Customers are encouraged to contact HVAC Saver as soon as possible, as orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation if the order has already been processed or shipped.
Approved cancellation refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase.
