HVAC Source Incorporated, doing business as HVAC Saver, is committed to providing clear and transparent information regarding order cancellations.
This Order Cancellation Policy explains when and how customers may request cancellation of an order placed through HVAC Saver.
Customers may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of placing the order.
If a cancellation request is received within 24 hours of the order being placed, and the order has not already been processed for shipment, HVAC Saver will cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.
If a customer does not request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, it will be subject to HVAC Saver’s applicable Return & Refund Policy, including:

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation if the order has already been processed or shipped.
Approved cancellation refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used for the order.
Please note that after a refund is issued, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
